Scallops with Crushed Sesame Seeds

Ingredients

450 grams (one pound) fresh sea scallops

3 tablespoons crushed or ground sesame seeds

1 small onion grated

1 garlic clove minced

Freshly ground black pepper

Pinch sea salt

1 red capsicum finely sliced

12 red cherry tomatoes

12 yellow cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

Description

Directions

Combine all ingredients and leave to marinate 4 hours.

Then thread scallops and tomatoes on skewers.

Barbecue or grill for 6–10 minutes.
